What is StarFit?
StarFit.com is a video workout platform developed by professional trainers specifically for home workouts. No prior training or special equipment is required. All workouts are divided into categories: weight loss, strength training, stretching, yoga, HIIT, and more! It is important to us that everyone finds the most effective way to achieve their goals!
What is special about the StarFit workouts?
We launched our home workout platform in 2024 and have helped many people feel healthier, stronger, more confident, and more beautiful. Our fitness trainers and their programs have received thousands of positive reviews. Our main goal is to provide our customers with high-quality fitness content to help them achieve a healthy lifestyle
How often do new programs appear?
We upload new training programs each month. There are currently over 100 various training programs available on the platform.
What if I am a beginner?
Most of our programs are built on the idea of progress. We have workouts ranging in difficulty from beginner to pro. We have effective workouts available whether you are a beginner or a pro. No matter your starting level, we have a training program that’s right for you.
Does the subscription give me access to all the programs?
Yes! Any subscription will give you access to all our programs and workout videos.
Does the subscription give me access to the courses?
Yes! All courses will be available with any subscription.
A new program has been released, but I don’t have access. Why?
Unless you subscribe for the UNLIMITED access plan, new workouts will be available 30 days after they release. For UNLIMITED members, access will be available immediately.
How does the subscription work?
Once signed up, you will get access to the exclusive platform materials: programs, workouts, and delicious recipes. Choose the duration of your subscription from 3 months, 1 year or 2 years.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
We are so confident in the effectiveness of our daily training programs that we guarantee results. If you follow our programs for 14 days and are not convinced, you can request a full refund.
When will I get the login details for my account?
Immediately after payment is received, login details will be sent to the email address you provided when signing up. If you have not received the email within 5 minutes, check your promotion or spam folder. If sent to your spam folder, please mark the email as "not spam". If you still have not received login details, please email our support service at support@starfit.com
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed monthly on the website, you need to delete the linked credit card in your personal account in the "My subscription" tab. If you subscribed to the app, you may cancel your subscription through the AppStore or GooglePlay.
What if I want to cancel my subscription but I forgot?
If you forgot to cancel your subscription and do not plan to use it for the period you just paid for, you may cancel the subscription within 72 hours from the time you made the payment. Please request a refund by email or live chat. We will refund your money within 7 business days for receiving your request.
How does auto-renewal work?
When purchasing a 3 month subscription and paying with Visa or Mastercard, your subscription will automatically renew every 3 months. You will still receive the discounted 3 month rate when your card is charged for the automatic renewal.
Will I get access to the StarFit app if I purchase a subscription?
Yes, you will receive access to the StarFit app even if you purchased your subscription on the website. The app is available from the App Store and Google Play
Is it possible to purchase a subscription and activate it later?
Yes! After purchasing a subscription, write to our support team at support@starfit.com and let us know when you would like the subscription to begin (make sure to include your order number). When you are ready, let us know and we will start your subscription from that day.
