This Is Not Medical Advice

The workouts, exercise descriptions, trainer cues, programs, and AI Coach guidance on StarFit are provided for general fitness and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. StarFit does not replace the care of a licensed physician, physiotherapist, or other qualified health professional.

Nothing on the Platform creates a doctor-patient relationship between you and StarFit, its trainers, or its staff. If you have a health question, ask a real clinician who can examine you.

Talk to Your Doctor First

Consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, including StarFit. This matters even more if any of the following apply to you:

  • You are pregnant, recently gave birth, or are postpartum.
  • You are perimenopausal or menopausal and unsure how movement affects your symptoms.
  • You live with a chronic condition such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, osteoporosis, or a joint or back problem.
  • You are recovering from surgery, an injury, or an illness.
  • You have not exercised regularly in the past year.
  • You take medication that could affect your heart rate, balance, or energy.

Getting medical clearance first is the safest way to begin. We would rather you check than guess.

You Take Part Voluntarily

Physical activity carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury and, in rare cases, more serious harm. By using StarFit and performing the exercises, you do so voluntarily and you accept these risks.

You are responsible for working within your own limits. Choose modifications when you need them, rest when your body asks for it, and never push through sharp pain to "finish the day." StarFit, FITSTARS FZCO, our trainers, and our staff are not responsible for any injury sustained during physical activity on the Platform.

Stop If Something Feels Wrong

Stop exercising right away if you feel pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, chest tightness, shortness of breath, nausea, or any symptom that worries you. Sit or lie down, and seek medical help if it does not pass.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not wait, and do not rely on the app for urgent care.

About the AI Coach

The StarFit AI Coach offers workout suggestions, exercise modifications, and encouragement. Its guidance is informational and supportive, not medical. It can occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate, and it does not know your full medical history.

Use your own judgment, and check with a healthcare provider before acting on AI Coach suggestions if you have any health concern.

Pregnancy, Postpartum & Special Conditions

Some StarFit content (for example, pelvic floor or core work) may not be appropriate for every stage of pregnancy or recovery. If you are pregnant, postpartum, or managing a specific condition, follow your clinician's guidance on which movements are safe for you and skip anything they advise against.
