Refund Policy

We want you to love StarFit. Here is exactly how trials, membership, and courses work, and when you can get money back.

Our Promise

StarFit exists to make movement feel good. We back our membership with a results guarantee: do the work, and if it does not deliver, we will make it right. We also keep our billing honest, so you always know what you are paying for. The sections below spell out each case.

The $4.99 Trial Fee Is Non-Refundable

Our headline offer is a $4.99 7-day trial of the full platform. That $4.99 buys you 7 days of immediate, full access to everything StarFit offers. Because you get that access right away, the $4.99 trial fee is not refundable.

To avoid the next charge, cancel before your 7-day trial ends. If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts to the $39 per month membership, and your card is charged when the trial period finishes. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.

Some plans may also be offered with a free trial. Where a trial is free, cancel before it ends to avoid the conversion charge.

Membership Results Guarantee

Your membership is covered by a results guarantee. If you complete a StarFit program or challenge in full as scheduled, for example the 28-Day Flat Belly & Waist Reset, and you genuinely do not see or feel results, you can request a refund of the membership charge for that program period.

This is a results guarantee, not a change-of-mind refund, so you do need to show that you actually did the program. The good news: we check this for you. StarFit verifies your completed workouts automatically from your in-app progress history, the daily unlock and completion record. You are welcome to send screenshots too, but you do not have to keep your own log.

Submit your request within 7 days of completing the final day of the program. We review each request individually and reply quickly.

Subscription Renewals

Outside of the results guarantee, membership renewals are non-refundable for billing periods that have already elapsed or partially elapsed. You can cancel anytime from your account settings to prevent future charges, and you keep access through the end of the current period.

No cancellation fees. No penalties. Your Growth Garden progress stays saved if you ever decide to come back.

One-Time Course Purchases

If you buy a single course as a one-time purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of buying it, even if you have already started the program. We would rather you try it and decide than hesitate and wonder.

EU & UK Consumers

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. When you consent to immediate access and start to stream or download digital content, you may lose that withdrawal right once the content is fully delivered, in line with applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@starfit.com with:

  • The email address you used when you purchased
  • Your order number (from your confirmation email)
  • Which refund you are requesting (results guarantee, course purchase, or another case)

For a results-guarantee request, that is all we need. We will pull your completed-workout history from your account to confirm you finished the program.

How Refunds Are Processed

Subscription and trial-period refunds are issued through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. One-time course refunds are issued through Stripe. Approved refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you do not see an approved refund after 10 business days, email us again. We will track it down.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact support@starfit.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We honor every valid refund. If a dispute is filed, we will provide proof-of-service documentation to the payment processor.
