StarFit is a fitness platform designed for women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. The platform focuses on gentle, effective movement including pilates, yoga, stretching, strength training, and somatic exercises. StarFit uses AI to personalize daily workout plans and features a Growth Garden gamification system inspired by Duolingo. All workouts are 5-30 minutes and can be done at home with no equipment. The platform has 15 certified trainers and 353 guided video workouts.

From a Small Latvian Studio

We started in 2017 in Riga, Latvia. A tiny studio, a handful of trainers, and one stubborn idea: fitness should make you feel good, not guilty.
Eight years later, that idea became 1,000+ hours of video content watched over 50 million times. We filmed wall pilates before it was a TikTok trend. We taught chair exercises before the algorithm cared. We did it because our audience asked for it.
Now we are building the next generation: an AI Coach that remembers you, adapts daily, and never once asks why you skipped yesterday.
