StarFit ambassadors are people who genuinely love our platform, train consistently, and share their real workout results with their followers on social media.
“I was just running a casual page — and then suddenly my reels started going viral.”
Today, Katerina has over 20,000 followers on Instagram. But in the beginning, her profile looked just like anyone else’s — casual life updates, little stories, and photos shared with friends.
About a year ago, Katerina and her husband started recording short reels about IT (he works in tech, she doesn’t) — and to their surprise, those videos began gaining popularity. At the time, they were moving from country to country and sharing snippets of their nomadic life, which attracted travelers, digital nomads, and IT specialists to her page.
Her content was as authentic as it gets:
The blog evolved alongside her life. It started as a “mom blog,” then became a “tech wife blog,” and now it’s a mix of everything — fitness, travel, IT, humor, parenting, recipes. In the end, it became a reflection of her real, colorful, and never-boring life. Today, she and her family live in Valencia, Spain, travel often, bike a lot, and keep exploring new places together.

People often write to her saying they feel like they’ve known her for years, that her warmth comes through the screen, and that her blog feels like home.
Her Stories aren’t a daily duty, but rather something she does when she feels inspired — usually fun travel clips, family moments, or scenes with her charismatic husband (whom her followers adore).
The main focus of her blog is reels. Advertising hasn’t worked out well yet, so her growth is mostly organic.
Of course, blogging isn’t all positive. With popularity also comes negativity and hate. Katerina has faced it, too:
Sometimes, even under the most harmless videos, people would pour out so much negativity that I’d withdraw for a few days, replaying in my head: ‘What if I’m doing everything wrong?’ But eventually, I realized — you can’t please everyone. I’m not writing for everyone, I’m writing for my people, those who connect with me. That helps me stay on track. So I just keep doing what I love and being myself.
But the good still outweighs the bad. When messages of gratitude fill her inbox, Katerina admits she still feels shy:

“I looked in the mirror and didn’t like myself anymore”
Katerina didn’t become an ambassador right away. She first subscribed to StarFit after seeing an ad but barely used it.
The turning point came in January 2025.

That same night, she dusted off her StarFit subscription, rolled out her mat, and started small.
At that point she weighed 141 lbs (64 kg), wasn’t exercising at all, ate a lot of fast food, desserts with coffee every day, and had her usual Friday wine-and-chips routine.
First results: “Minus 4 pounds without dieting”
Katerina began with short pilates workouts.

Katerina emphasizes that her story wasn’t about instant success.
At first, her main goal was simple: flatten her stomach and ease her back pain from sitting too much. So every morning, before breakfast, she did one workout — like a replacement for morning stretches. And she stuck with it daily for two straight months.
Then came the first breakthrough:

“I’ve been working out consistently for more than 7 months — and I’m down 26 pounds!”
When Katerina got used to working out, she started improving her diet as well:
Along with her morning pilates, she later added evening strength and cardio workouts.

Her body started changing gradually but steadily. The back pain disappeared, her energy levels went up, and she began to feel stronger — not only physically but also mentally. Losing 26 pounds (12 kg) was a nice bonus, but the biggest result was how her attitude toward herself completely shifted.
Here’s where she is now:
–26 lbs (–12 kg)
A flat stomach
A toned, resilient body
And most importantly — she finally likes herself again
Over the past year, Katerina’s life has changed in many ways:
She hasn’t had alcohol for 5 months — a big achievement for her, since a glass of wine with a show used to feel like a normal routine.
She’s been working out every single day for more than half a year — no breaks, no excuses. Even while traveling or on vacation, her mat is always with her (she even has highlights of doing downward dogs in airports and the narrow aisle of an airplane 😜).
She’s fully adapted to a new country — the move wasn’t easy, but now she has her favorite routes, stores, friends, and a true sense of home.
She learned how to ride a bike — and now goes on 25-mile (40 km) rides! Something that once seemed impossible has become part of her everyday life.
“I started earning as an ambassador almost right away — and the income was significant enough to feel real.”
Over time, Katerina realized she could use her blog not only to share her lifestyle but also to promote healthy living — and earn money doing it.
For her, being an ambassador wasn’t about “advertising for the sake of advertising” — it was about telling a genuine story.
She emphasizes that fitness doesn’t require a gym, perfect conditions, or superhuman motivation.
Her story resonates because she lived it herself.

Once Katerina started working with StarFit, her life changed almost immediately. In addition to her main career as an interior designer, she gained a second “profession” — being a StarFit ambassador. And that role also requires time, attention, and commitment.

Over time, her blog also began to change — there was more openness, more personal stories, transformations, and deeper conversations with followers. People started asking questions, seeking advice, and finding inspiration in her journey.
Her first earnings as an ambassador came almost immediately — and they were significant.

Katerina says she confidently recommends StarFit because she knows the workouts work.
