From staying active to structured home training
Natalia had always been an active person. Back in college, she loved running around the track at a nearby stadium. But after having kids, life got busier and jogging became a rare luxury. She kept moving the way she could — taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking as much as possible.

Then came another big life change — moving to a new country. It was a tough adjustment, emotionally and physically.
In 2013, Natalia discovered Nordic walking at a wellness retreat. At the time, it was a new trend in her area, and she loved how it worked her whole body without high impact. Since then, it’s become part of her daily routine.
Her online workout journey
Over the years, Natalia tried gyms and group fitness classes, but nothing really stuck — until she discovered StarFit thanks to a friend’s recommendation. She went all in and bought the Unlimited FOREVER plan. It took her a few months to actually start, but once she did, she was hooked.

She began with yoga classes.
From there, she explored more. Then came a game changer — Mobility with Yasmin Masri.
This 6-session program is designed to improve your joint mobility, flexibility, and overall movement quality. Each 25-minute workout focuses on functional exercises, active stretching, and controlled movements to help you move better, feel better, and reduce stiffness. Whether you’re training hard or just getting started, Mobility will support your body’s recovery, alignment, and daily performance.
Results of home workouts
Natalia works out almost daily now — just 20–25 minutes a day. She says the key is planning that time in advance.
