What is the back health program?
Back Health is a fitness program designed to strengthen your back, core, and posterior chain muscles — the foundation of healthy posture and movement. Led by experienced trainer Linda Chambers, each workout is focused on improving spinal stability, mobility, and strength, helping you move with confidence in daily life.

These short sessions (around 21–24 minutes) combine controlled movements, core activation, and gentle strength training to relieve tightness, prevent injuries, and support your spine.

Linda Chambers is a master trainer, coach, and educator with more than 26 years of experience in the wellness and fitness industry. She has explored nearly every style of training — from strength and functional workouts to yoga and mobility — and brings that depth of knowledge to every session she leads.

Linda’s approach is rooted in motivation and inclusivity. She believes that movement should make you feel strong, capable, and enough, no matter your age, fitness level, or experience. Her workouts are designed to empower you to show up for yourself — even if it’s just for five minutes.
