“Even today, when I go home to visit my parents, fitness comes first and everything else fits in around it.”
Her professional path, however, didn’t start in fitness. Before becoming a full-time yoga and Pilates instructor, Mish worked in marketing and even as a flight attendant. But something felt missing.

“I was never fully satisfied with my career in marketing, so I decided to take a break and sign up for a yoga course in Bali. That experience completely changed my life.”
The Bali training became a turning point. It opened the door to a new path — one where movement was not only physical but also emotional, mental, and deeply personal.
