From South Africa to StarFit
Mish Naidoo grew up in South Africa in a household where fitness was more than just a hobby — it was a way of life.

Her professional path, however, didn’t start in fitness. Before becoming a full-time yoga and Pilates instructor, Mish worked in marketing and even as a flight attendant. But something felt missing.

The Bali training became a turning point. It opened the door to a new path — one where movement was not only physical but also emotional, mental, and deeply personal.
Why she joined StarFit
Mish’s path eventually led her to StarFit.

Today, she teaches thousands of users around the world, offering a dynamic blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Her classes are designed to leave you not only stronger, but also more centered and energized.
Mish’s philosophy on training
For Mish, movement goes far beyond the physical.

Her philosophy centers on building a body that feels as good as it looks, while also cultivating mobility, balance, and mindfulness.

She sees training as a shared journey with her clients:
