- Smooth cucumber - 200 g
- Red onion - 1/2 onion
- Avocado - 1 whole
- Feta cheese - 80 g
- Parsley - 2 tbsp.
- Basil - 2 tbsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- Italian spices - 5 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
- Salt - to your taste

Instructions
Step 1 of 8
For salad dressing, mix 2 tbsp olive oil with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, a clove of crushed garlic and Italian spices.

For the salad, slice the cucumber.

Chop up the half red onion.

Step 4 of 8
Finely chop the parsley and basil.

Step 5 of 8
Add diced avocado to the salad.

Squeeze half lemon to add fresh lemon juice.

Add dressing to salad.
