To make guacamole, peel the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop into a bowl.

Mash the avocado until smooth.

Finely chop the cilantro.

Slice the lemon and lime.

Add the cilantro, lemon and lime juice to the smashed avocado.

Mix everything thoroughly and add salt to taste. The guacamole is ready.

Cut the bread into slices and fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
