Italian Wedding Soup

Ingredients
- Minced beef (lean) - 250 g.
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onion - 2 pc.
- Celery - 2 pcs.
- Bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Italian seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Orzo pasta - 80 g.
- Granulated garlic - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.

- Bell pepper - 1 pc.

- Orzo pasta - 80 g.
- Granulated garlic - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1 of 10
Add egg, Italian spices, granulated garlic, salt and pepper to the minced meat.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

After wetting your hands with water, roll out the minced meat into medium-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet; you can first lay out baking parchment.

Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

While the meatballs are cooking, finely chop the onion, celery, carrots and bell pepper.

Pour some olive oil into the pan and fry all the vegetables over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Add heat, pour water over the vegetables and bring it to a boil.

Transfer the finished meatballs to the soup and reduce the heat on the stove.

Add salt and pepper to taste, continue to cook the soup over low heat for another 10 minutes.

Add the orzo pasta to the soup and continue cooking for another 10 minutes until the pasta is cooked through. Serve the soup with fresh herbs.
