- Sun-dried tomatoes - 30 g
- Green lentils - 100 g
- Lemon - 1/2 lemon
- Avocado - 1/2 avocado
- Green onions - 1 pc
- Basil - 3-4 sprigs
- Zucchini - 1/2 zucchini
- Bell pepper - 1/2 pepper
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Salt and pepper - to taste

Instructions
Step 1 of 8
Wash the lentils thoroughly and cook them with bay leaves according to the package instructions.

Chop the bell pepper and zucchini.

Step 3 of 8
Fry the bell pepper and zucchini in a preheated frying pan with oil.

Step 4 of 8
Add salt and pepper to taste and cook over high heat for 5-6 minutes. When ready, set aside.

Finely chop the green onions and sun-dried tomatoes.

Chop the basil and slice the avocado.
