  • Walnuts - 10 g.
  • Red onion - 1/2 onion
  • Matchstick-shaped carrots - 80 g.
  • Gala apple - 1/2 apple
  • Dried cranberries - 10 g.
  • Greek yogurt - 100 g.
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • Honey - 1 tsp.
  • Salt and pepper - to your taste

  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • Honey - 1 tsp.

Instructions

Cut the apple into small cubes.

Cut the red onion into half rings.

In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey and season with salt to taste.

Add fresh broccoli and carrots to the salad bowl.

Add onion, apple, dried cranberries and walnuts.
