Salad with Broccoli and Apple

- Broccoli - 100 g.
- Walnuts - 10 g.
- Red onion - 1/2 onion
- Matchstick-shaped carrots - 80 g.
- Gala apple - 1/2 apple
- Dried cranberries - 10 g.
- Greek yogurt - 100 g.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Salt and pepper - to your taste

Instructions
Step 1 of 6
Cut the apple into small cubes.

Step 2 of 6
Cut the red onion into half rings.

Step 3 of 6
In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey and season with salt to taste.

Add fresh broccoli and carrots to the salad bowl.

Step 5 of 6
Add onion, apple, dried cranberries and walnuts.

Step 6 of 6
Drizzle Greek yogurt dressing over top and toss to coat. Add spices to your taste and serve.
