Steak salad

Ingredients
- Red onion - 1/2 pc.
- Alicante salad mix - 100 g.
- Feta cheese - 40 g.
- Steak ("New York", "Ribeye" or "Striploin") - 100 g.
- Arugula - 1 cup
- Cherry tomatoes - 50 g.
- Wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
- Salt and pepper - to taste

Instructions
Step 1 of 10
Fry the steak on both sides in a hot frying pan with oil until done, add salt and pepper to taste at the end of cooking.

When done, set the steak aside and let the meat "rest".

Meanwhile, prepare the salad dressing. Mix wine vinegar and olive oil in a bowl, add honey.

Add salt, pepper and pour lemon juice, mix thoroughly. The dressing is now ready.

Cut the cherry tomatoes and red onion into half rings.
