How it started: a collaboration built on trust
Jess first connected with StarFit through a message from Mikhail, one of StarFit’s top trainers and producers.
"To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect — I was a little nervous replying to a random guy on Instagram," Jess admits. "But when I met Mikhail, I was so pleasantly surprised. He was kind, calm, and incredibly professional from the start."
She quickly realized that this wasn’t just another online opportunity — it was the start of something meaningful.
"He explained the project clearly and paid me promptly after the first shoot, which made me feel comfortable and respected. That set the tone for all our work together."
Jess says she was especially impressed by the professionalism of the production:
"He rented proper studios, brought real equipment, and cared about the quality. That told me he was serious."
A thoughtful touch beyond the camera
But what stood out most wasn’t just the logistics — it was the human connection.
"After our first shoot, Mikhail and his wife came to an event where I was teaching — and brought flowers to thank us for being the first Dubai instructors on the platform. That was so thoughtful. It said a lot about who they are as people."
Now, Jess is one of the platform’s go-to instructors. And she’s proud to be part of a brand that reflects the same energy and care she brings to her classes.
"I have nothing but respect for Mikhail and his family," she says. "I’m always happy to work with them."
