Born in the UK and based in Dubai, Sophie brings over a decade of experience, professional education, and a powerful personal mission to every workout she creates.
Who is Sophie Jones?
Sophie Jones is a certified personal trainer with a BSc Honors in Coaching and Sports Science and a diploma in Coaching, Sport Development, and Fitness. She began her fitness journey in 2015 and has since become a recognized expert in functional strength, athletic conditioning, and women's empowerment through movement. Her training style is approachable, results-driven, and rooted in science.

A life built around sport
Sophie has been immersed in sport and movement since childhood. Her passion for health extends beyond workouts — it’s a guiding philosophy. She believes in helping people reconnect with their bodies, move mindfully, and ditch extreme fads for sustainable habits.
