What is Hybrid Yoga?

Hybrid Yoga is a fresh approach to movement — where strength meets stillness. Created by master trainer Linda Chambers, this program combines dynamic yoga flows with resistance and interval training to help you build a stronger, more balanced body.

Each session lasts between 21 and 24 minutes, making it easy to fit into your daily routine. You’ll alternate between controlled, mindful yoga poses and bursts of energy that challenge your muscles and boost your endurance. The result? A full-body practice that strengthens your core, tones your muscles, and calms your mind — all at once.

The structure

Hybrid Yoga is divided into six powerful sessions designed for total-body conditioning:

  • 3 HITASANA Sessions — Linda’s signature format that blends 30 seconds of high-intensity movement with 75 seconds of yoga. Expect to sweat, recover, and reconnect with your breath in one seamless flow.

  • 3 Resistance & Flow Sessions — Yoga sequences paired with hand weights or resistance bands to sculpt and tone your body. Don’t have equipment? No problem — every workout can be done using just your bodyweight.

Each workout builds progressively, helping you improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and focus without burnout.
