Beth Hannam is a personal trainer and online coach from the UK with over four years of experience helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience through movement. After training clients in Dubai for two years, she is now based in Bali, continuing to explore and share new fitness opportunities.

Beth believes in the power of movement not only to transform the body, but also to strengthen the mind. Having relied on training to overcome challenging periods in her own life, she brings passion, empathy, and motivation into every session.
