Amelia Jane is a yoga, Pilates, and barre instructor from the UK with over 10 years of experience in mindful movement. Her passion for Pilates began after recovering from an injury in her youth — an experience that taught her the power of balance, body awareness, and core strength.
Today, Amelia blends Pilates, yoga, and barre into her signature low-impact, sculpting workouts designed to strengthen the body while calming the mind. She believes in sustainable, intelligent training that delivers results without pushing the body to extremes.
Through her classes, Amelia helps students feel stronger, more graceful, and more connected — both on and off the mat.
