This 6-session program is designed to improve your joint mobility, flexibility, and overall movement quality. Each 25-minute workout focuses on functional exercises, active stretching, and controlled movements to help you move better, feel better, and reduce stiffness. Whether you’re training hard or just getting started, Mobility will support your body’s recovery, alignment, and daily performance.

About the trainer

Yasmin Masri

Yasmin is a certified coach specializing in strength, mobility, and flexibility, with over 13 years of experience in coaching artistic gymnastics. A former gymnast herself, she began training at the age of five and has dedicated her life to movement ever since.

Her deep understanding of physiology and anatomy, combined with her background in elite gymnastics, allows her to create smart, effective programs that help people move better and feel stronger. Yasmin believes in training the body to move freely and fluidly — especially in a modern world where we spend too much time sitting and disconnected from our physical selves.

Through her coaching, she helps people reconnect with their bodies, improve joint mobility, and experience movement as a natural, powerful flow.
