Welcome to the 7-Day Pilates Sculpt Challenge with Amelia Jane — a week of mindful movement designed to tone, strengthen, and reconnect your body and mind.

Today, Amelia blends Pilates, yoga, and barre into her signature low-impact, sculpting workouts designed to strengthen the body while calming the mind. She believes in sustainable, intelligent training that delivers results without pushing the body to extremes.
