Welcome to Strong Pilates! The program mixes the best of pilates with a touch of HIIT for some spicy workouts! This intermediate program is designed for those ready for that extra push and those who want to keep that energy up while also maintaining low impact. Expect hard work, some sweat and leaving feeling strong and empowered!

Hey! I’m Natalia a personal trainer and fitness instructor from Iceland currently living in Dubai. I have a diverse sports background and played football (soccer) for over 10 years. I teach a good balance between crossfit/strength and conditioning to pilates and yoga. Teaching gives me a great sense of purpose and I love what I do. There is nothing more rewarding than clients feeling empowered and strong after my classes and that’s what I hope to see for you after doing my workouts!
