If the intensity feels overwhelming, you can scale down the movements or take a few extra seconds between intervals, but the key is to push through and complete each session for maximum results.

Hey! I’m Natalia a personal trainer and fitness instructor from Iceland currently living in Dubai. I have a diverse sports background and played football (soccer) for over 10 years. I teach a good balance between crossfit/strength and conditioning to pilates and yoga. Teaching gives me a great sense of purpose and I love what I do.
