About the program

Mama Moves: Prenatal Pilates is a 6-session program designed specifically for expecting mothers and women in the postpartum phase. Each 20-minute class blends dynamic and supportive Pilates movements to help you stay strong, connected, and confident during every stage of your journey.


Led by coach Jess, who created this program while pregnant herself, Mama Moves focuses on safe, functional exercises that strengthen your core, support posture, improve mobility, and prepare your body for both childbirth and recovery. Whether you’re in your second trimester, just starting your prenatal fitness journey, or looking to gently rebuild strength after delivery, these sessions offer accessible modifications and empowering guidance.

Jessica Casalegno

Hi! I’m Jess - I’m an American born, Dubai based fitness instructor specializing in Pilates, Barre & Yoga. I’m usually known for my fiery sequences & my unique ability to fuse together all 3 varying methods to create HIGH energy, LOW impact workouts that will leave you dripping with sweat. I’ve learned the art of bodyweight exercises through the past 19 years of practicing yoga, 17 years of “seriously” training strength with flexibility, 7 years of training Pilates & 4 years of teaching. I passionately feel that exercise is a gift & should be seen as a celebration of health (never a “chore”). I teach my signature method of pilates with a very contemporary, dynamic approach & hope to ignite good energy in everyone who works out with me. See you on the mat!
