About the program

Nervous System Reset is not a workout — it’s therapy for your mind and body. Guided by Linda, this program is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and shift out of constant stress and “fight or flight” mode.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, somatic practices, and vagus nerve stimulation, you’ll gently calm your nervous system and clear mental clutter. These sessions require no equipment, just you, your body, and your mat. Movements are slow, intentional, and deeply grounding, helping to release tension in the jaw, shoulders, chest, and heart space.

If you feel tired but wired, overwhelmed, or unable to fully relax or sleep, this program offers a way back to balance. Expect to feel calmer, more centered, and better equipped to move through daily life with ease and clarity.
