Welcome to your "New to Stretching" program. This program is designed specifically if you are new to the stretching and mobility field. It can help you get through your workouts more easily and gain more flexibility throughout your everyday life.
So whether you're sitting at a desk all day and you feel like you're super tight around the back and hips, or if you have any tension in the neck and shoulders, this program will help you get more flexible and feeling good.
In this series we have six classes. Each class is 20 minutes long and focuses on full body hip mobility stretches as well as lower back release.
So you can combine any of these videos or just do a single one per day. So whenever you're ready press play and stretch with me.
About the trainer
Mish is South African currently living in Dubai and is a full time yoga and Pilates instructor. She brings a dynamic blend of strength, flexibility, and zen to every class. Mish focuses on mindful movement while keeping the vibe light and energizing. Her passion for balance-both on the mat and in life-radiates through everything she does, motivating you to feel strong & centered.
