Barre Burn series is infused with Pilates and basics of ballet as well as a little bit of extra movement in there. It’s a really fun class to do and get your muscles to this nice burning point. Barre Burn is for all levels and it has eight classes 20-25 minutes long
The focus is mostly your lower body with a lot of abdominals near the end. You're going to get tight, you're going to get burned, you're going to get a squeeze. All you need for these entire workouts is a bar, your chair, whatever version works for you and a mat.
About the trainer
Hello, my name is Lianna. I have been teaching Pilates for about ten years. I also teach barre, I teach spin, rhythmic spin of course, because I love music and I love being on the beat of the music as we move. I started training as a dancer when I was three years old, so I've been taking ballet, modern dance, tap even, for years. When I went to university, my minor was in ballet, so I continued dancing as an adult. And when I went into a profession, I decided that movement was super important to me and I wanted to keep that going throughout my life, building a healthy lifestyle for myself, for my family, my two kids, and for you. So, the more I give back, the more I feel, and I really love what I do. It just builds all the energy in my life and it creates a really happy lifestyle for me. I hope it does for you too, and I hope I'll see you in my programs.
