Core Sweats is a 9-session core and cardio training program designed to burn fat, build strength and leave you drenched in sweat. Each workout combines functional movements, bodyweight drills, and dumbbell strength exercises in high-intensity formats.
Whether you’re training at home or on the go, all you need is one set of dumbbells—and your determination. The program is fully scalable, so you can adjust the intensity to suit your fitness level.

About the trainer
Hi, I'm Sophie, AKA SOPHIT! I've been immersed in the world of sports and fitness my entire life. After becoming qualified in 2015 as a personal trainer, I've earned my BSc Honors in Coaching and Sports Science, along with a diploma in Coaching, Sport Development, and Fitness. Health has always been my driving force, inspiring both personal and professional growth. I’m passionate about empowering others, especially women to become their strongest, most confident selves, guiding them away from fad diets and unhealthy habits towards a fulfilling, enjoyable, and healthy lifestyle.
