Cardio does not have to mean jumping jacks and burpees. Especially not if your knees have opinions about that.
Our 10 cardio workouts are low-impact. No jumping. No pounding. But they will absolutely get your heart rate up. Marching, stepping, arm movements, tempo changes. Your cardiovascular system does not know the difference between jumping and fast-paced standing movements.
These sessions are short. 5 to 20 minutes. Studies show that three 10-minute cardio sessions spread throughout the day provide the same cardiovascular benefits as one 30-minute session. That changes the math entirely.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can low-impact cardio really be effective?
Yes. Low-impact cardio elevates heart rate without stressing joints. Research shows it provides equivalent cardiovascular benefits to high-impact exercise. The key is sustained elevated heart rate, not how hard you land.
How often should I do cardio?
The WHO recommends 150 minutes of moderate cardio per week. That is about 5 sessions of 30 minutes, or 3 sessions per day of 10 minutes. Start with what feels manageable and build up.
