We offer gentle flow, vinyasa-inspired sequences, restorative yoga, morning yoga, and strength-focused yoga. All sessions are designed for home practice with no equipment.

How often should I do yoga?

For beginners, 3-4 times per week is ideal. Even 5 minutes daily creates noticeable changes in flexibility and stress levels within 2 weeks. Consistency matters more than duration.
