About the program

Mobility Reset is a calming, restorative program designed to help you slow down, realign your body, and move with greater ease. Led by Sophie Jones, this series focuses on restoring mobility, improving posture, and rebalancing the nervous system through gentle, intentional movement.

Each session begins with controlled breathing to bring your system out of stress mode, followed by a smooth mobility flow and light activation inspired by Pilates — including glute and core work to wake up key muscles. Sophie then integrates soft, controlled strength work, emphasizing fundamentals like alignment, posture, and correct form, before finishing with deep breathing to fully downshift and reset.

This program is ideal if you’re feeling stiff, fatigued, or overwhelmed by intense training. Expect to feel more aligned, energized, open, and strong, with movement that supports your body in everyday life. Join Sophie on the mat and give your body the reset it needs.
